Alan Terry
Alan Terry, president of the certified public accounting firm of Terry & Stephenson, P.C., is a 1970 graduate of the University of Southern Colorado with a B.S. in Accounting. In 1976 he received his MBA from Indiana University with an emphasis in Finance.
Prior to founding Terry & Stephenson in 1979, Alan worked for Price Waterhouse in Baltimore, Maryland for two years; Cummins Engine Company in Columbus, Indiana for three years; and Westinghouse Electric Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for three years.
Alan acquired Bob Pearson Enterprises in 2000. He is qualified to issue certified audits in all states. Alan is proficient in audits, tax returns, buy-sells, and various other financial services for automobile dealerships.
Bob Pearson
Robert A. Pearson, managing director of Bob Pearson Enterprises, has more than forty years of dealership consulting and retail experience.
Bob Pearson Enterprises has provided service to the automotive industry since Bob founded it in 1976. NADA regularly invites Bob to present seminars for their groups and to present workshops at the NADA National Convention. He has also been a regular presenter for the NADA education department and for NADA 20 Groups.
Bob has conducted seminars for automobile dealer associations including the Georgia Auto Dealers Association (GADA), North Carolina Auto Dealers Association (NCADA), Oregon Auto Dealers Association (OADA), Texas Auto Dealers Association (TADA), Wisconsin Auto Dealers Association (WADA), Houston Auto Dealers Association (HADA), and NCM Associates, Inc.
Ronnie Morton
Ronnie Morton is our key consultant and has served over 100 dealerships. Ronnie has a high credibility with his knowledge in parts consulting, inventories and training in the automotive parts department. Our dealerships have asked to have Ronnie return on a continues basis. Ronnie has over 40 years in the automotive industry including GM, Ford Chrysler, and Imports in the parts department operations. Prior to joining Bob Pearson Enterprises, LLC Ronnie worked in a variety of positions at automotive dealerships including ten years as a parts manager, six years as a warehouse supervisor, and one year as operations manager. Ronnie has been with Bob Pearson Enterprises, LLC as a Parts Management consultant since 1996.
Educated at Kilgore College with a major in accounting and minor in computer science, he also attended the University of Texas, where he studied management skills for first line supervisors. Ronnie’s additional training includes two years of General Motors Parts Management College and one with Subaru Inventory Management.
Wayne Soutar
Wayne Soutar comes to us with more than thirty years of automotive dealership experience, including eleven years in parts management with inventories exceeding $900,000.00 and nine years as service director of a forty-bay service department with more than sixty employees. Wayne has also completed General Motors Parts Management College, General Motors Service Management College, and General Motors Fixed Operations College at Western University.
Wayne has extensive management, project development, and computer skills. Prior to joining Bob Pearson Enterprises, Wayne took control of an ailing parts operation and increased their annual net profit 260%, increased their monthly sales per parts employee by 67%, and increased their overall annual sales by 39%.

Michael T. Bradford
Michael T. Bradford is our Automotive Consultant Specialist. As a Senior Audit Manager, Mr. Bradford brings a rare combination of automotive experience and financial auditing to our firm. For the past 18 years, he has served in public accounting and for the past 13 years at Ford Motor Company. At Ford Motor Company, he served as National Minority Dealer Operations, Dealer Assistance Manager, whereby utilizing company resources to assist dealer in all aspects of dealership management including sales, parts & service, and business office management. Prior to that assignment, he served as Dealer Operations Manager and advised dealer principals in all areas of dealership management. His extensive knowledge has been instrumental in assisting numerous dealer candidates successfully buy-out in the Dealer Development Program. He is also a specialist in Buy-sell activities and has personally led takeover teams in numerous investment activities.
His education includes Wayne State University (Detroit, Michigan) where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting and a minor in English. His graduate degree in Finance (MSF) is from the prestigious Walsh College of Business and Accountancy in Michigan.
