• Saturn dealers were pioneers with the General Motors RIM program. Bob Pearson Enterprises, LLC has developed parts sourcing based on the RIM program that allows Parts Manager greater control over ordering, pricing and returns.

• Bob Pearson Enterprises has developed set ups that are effective for phase-in, phase-out, ordering parameters and memo items.

• Bob Pearson Enterprises can install source accounting to ensure sales of Tires, Accessories and Bulk Fluids and properly recorded and proper GL Asset Account is relived at time of sale.

• Bob Pearson Enterprises has developed reports in Report Generator that allows us to analysis parts inventory. We can calculate fill ratios, turn ratios and days supply based on RIM program. We can identify obsolete parts to be returned for credit or scrapped and removed from parts department. We will review with your Parts Manager adding new parts as stock.

• Bob Pearson Enterprises can do a financial analysis and assist Parts Manager with pricing policies that will be competitive in dealerships market area. We can establish sourcing for menu price parts and maintenance parts that may be overprices by matrix pricing.
